Payments from Google are issued monthly if the balance exceeds the thresholds and your account remains in compliance. 
Google may withhold, offset, or delay payments if there's ongoing policy review or suspected violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or ad services.

10. Governing Law
